Delopin Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Delopin ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our prediction market services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "User", "you" means any person accessing or using the Service.
  • "Markets" means prediction markets or similar contracts made available on the Platform.
  • "Positions" means any exposure, shares, or tokens you buy or sell in such Markets.
  • "Digital assets" means cryptocurrencies or tokens used on or in connection with the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where prediction markets or crypto-based services are restricted or illegal.
  • Not be subject to any trade or economic sanctions (e.g. as designated by the EU, UN, OFAC, or similar bodies).
  • Not be a resident or located in any of the following regions or countries, as Delopin does not provide services to users in these jurisdictions (Prohibited Countries):

The United States (including all U.S. territories), Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Cuba, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Lebanon, Somalia, Sevastopol, and any other jurisdictions Delopin may restrict at its sole discretion.

  • Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

We may restrict access to certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

4. Nature of the Service

The Platform provides prediction markets where users can buy and sell positions related to various events. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or outcome of any event or market.

All positions involve risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

5. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

All information provided on or through the Platform is for general information only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult professional advisors.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate or attempt to manipulate markets or outcomes.
  • Engage in fraud, wash trading, spoofing, or any misleading activity.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform (e.g. hacking, DDoS).
  • Use bots or automated systems unless explicitly permitted by us.
  • Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or from your wallet.

7. Accounts, Wallets, and Security

You are responsible for securing your account, wallet, devices, and private keys. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover them.

We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account, wallet, or devices.

8. Crypto Transactions

All transactions are final and occur on public blockchains. We do not control the underlying networks.

We do not refund cryptocurrency transfers once submitted. Network fees, gas fees, and exchange rates are outside our control and may change at any time.

9. Platform Fees

Delopin charges fees (the "Platform Fees") for providing the Service. These fees are deducted from:

  • Your purchase or sale transactions within the Markets.
  • The final payout received upon the resolution of successful market positions.

By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable Platform Fees. Specific fee rates are disclosed on the Platform interface or in our documentation.

10. Market Resolution

Events and Markets are resolved based on our published resolution policy or by an external oracle designated by us.

Once an outcome is published according to the resolution policy, the result is final and binding, except in cases of obvious technical error or fraud as determined by us at our discretion.

11. Compliance, KYC and AML

Where required by law, we may request additional information or documents from you (such as identity verification) to comply with KYC/AML or other regulatory obligations.

If you do not provide requested information, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform, except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

13. User Content

If you create Markets, submit descriptions, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you:

  • Are solely responsible for that content.
  • Represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict any User Content or Market at our discretion, including content that is illegal, offensive, or misleading.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any financial losses or lost profits
  • Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain or network outages, congestion, or forks
  • Failures of third-party services (e.g. wallets, exchanges, infrastructure)
  • Data loss or corruption

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us in fees for using the Platform (if any) during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms, pose a legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have already accrued.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, or changes in law or regulation.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the end of this document.

If you continue using the Platform after the updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted them.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.
